At Scruff of the Neck, we’re all about the big rooms and the bands that deserve them. Taking over the Empress Ballroom at Blackpool Winter Gardens on August 21st is exactly that.
The lineup is a heavy-hitter: The Fratellis are headlining with a set built for a 2,500-capacity roar. Joining them are The Twang, bringing that essential Midlands grit, and The Lilacs, who are currently proving why they’re one of the most vital new acts on our roster.
Blackpool has a specific, high-stakes energy, and there isn’t a better setting for this bill than the Winter Gardens. It’s a massive night for indie music, and we’re ready to see the floor bounce!
